Autumn hustle

It’s finally here - autumn. The favorite season of mine. Finally it’s time for colorful streets, fresh air in the mornings and woolen shirts. The beginning of this autumn has been full of work for me. I have been writing my master’s thesis and working at the same time. I haven’t had much time to go out and take photos, and it is a thing I’ve been missing.

This week I thought I will be productive and take my camera with me for my way to work. I usually walk to the office and every time I think of taking photos of the scenery. The view is amazing with all the trees and sea, and Finlandia hall as well. Photos turned out pretty good and morning light was the perfect time to shoot. I feel blessed to have such beautiful and peaceful way to my workplace.

Another time I have been taking photos this autumn is on one Sunday when we went to shoot with my friend Hanna. We explored around Vallilla and Puu-Vallilla and its beautiful wooden houses. Still can’t believe there is such houses in the middle of Helsinki.

I have realized that when I have a lot of things to do and stress starts to sneak around the corner, it is also necessary to just stop and chill for a while. Taking a walk outside and a photoshoot are great ways for me to relax.
